New Resident Center

 You have met with one of are rental agents and are ready to get your new home with PPM Realty, here are the things you need to do!

1.  Fill out the Rental Application. Each person living in your home will need there own Rental Application.  CLICK HERE FOR THE FORM
2. Provide PPM Realty with Deposit, you can pay for this online or when you meet with your rental agent to drop off your Rental Application. CLICK HERE TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT ONLINE
3. If you are required to have a Co-Signer CLICK HERE FOR THE FORMS
4. You will be notified by your rental agent or our credit department after our credit department receives your application. This can take from 1 to 5 days please make sure you fill out you rental application completely so we can expite you application quickly.
5. Once you have been accepted you will need to call the proper utility companies. CLICK HERE FOR A LIST OF IMPORTANT NUMBERS
6. You will sign your lease close to your move in date or on it, you will need to bring a voided check and setup your auto pay during the lease signing. PPM can also set up auto pay with a credit or debit card with a $5 a month fee per card.
7. Once you are in your new home and need any items fixed or check please fill out a Maintenance Request by CLICKING HERE.
